Fair Measure

You acknowledge that any violation or threat of violation of these Terms of Use may result in irreparable damage for which there may not be adequate compensation, and therefore, in addition to our rights and remedies otherwise available by law, we have the right to seek fair measure, including precautionary measures, as appropriate.
